Morgan Barth - Accomplished Senior Education Administrator
Morgan Barth is an accomplished Tennessee education professional who draws upon more than two decades of professional experience. An alumnus of National Louis University, where he specialized in Education Leadership, Morgan Barth served in various teaching and principal roles and is the managing principal of ECM Holdings.
At ECM Holdings, Morgan Barth oversees the management and ownership of several education brands that ensure underserved populations access quality and innovative learning opportunities. His areas of specialization include educational leadership, curriculum design, teacher training, strategic planning, operations, and organizational development. Morgan Barth has a proven educational administration and management track record as a teacher, principal, and superintendent.
Earlier in his career, Morgan Barth served as a teacher at Teach for America/Lakeside School District, where he taught 4th-grade students and ensured they received significant academic achievements. He was also the founding teacher at Elm City College Prep, where he taught 5th and 6th grade English Language Arts and was involved in school start-up design and curriculum planning. He was promoted to the principal of Elm City College Prep and later joined AF Achievement First Bridgeport Academy. In both roles as principal, he supervised and managed all aspects of teaching and learning, including instruction, discipline, staff development, and communication with parents, board members, and the larger community.
Morgan Barth served in senior education roles, including Division Director at the Connecticut State Department of Education, where he supervised the development of schools under his jurisdiction. He was also the Regional Superintendent at Achievement First, a network of 35 public charter schools in Brooklyn, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
